reads quote “The apparent choice of a postmaster general that comes directly from service on the board of directors of FedEx one of the postal services primary competitors presents a clear conflict of interest,” unquote that’s according to Brian Renfro president of the National Association of Letter Carriers mr renfro added quote “This is an unmistakable push to hand business over to private shippers.
” And it doesn’t take a genius to see Mr renfro is right fedex used to partner with the USPS but moved most of its shipping in-house in 2020 trump also began hampering the postal service in 2020 when he realized a growing number of Americans vote by mail which would mean he would lose re-election and he did the appointment of Renfro will likely mean more cuts and mismanagement at USPS as he pushes to make himself and his friends wealthy by forcing Americans to rely on private and more expensive carriers than the postal service that will disproportionately affect rural Americans who already have access to more limited delivery service options than their
